## Prerequisites

The sample server is running at the agreed base URL and this attempt has its own browser context.

## Steps

1. Draft bug report from failure.
2. Uncheck Include illustrative evidence.
3. Click Review local draft, then Back to editing.
4. Inspect the checkbox and review again.

## Expected outcomes

- The checkbox remains unchecked after returning to editing.
- The review identifies Evidence excluded and From selected failure.
