## Prerequisites

The sample server is running at the agreed base URL and this attempt has its own browser context.

## Steps

1. Click Draft bug report from failure.
2. Inspect Short summary and keyboard focus.
3. Edit the summary to Reviewed profile failure.

## Expected outcomes

- Short summary initially contains Saved profile disappears after reload and receives focus.
- The summary can be edited to Reviewed profile failure.
