Agent skills#
Issue tracker#
Before reading or publishing issues, specs, or work maps, read docs/agents/issue-tracker.md for the GitHub Issues workflow for CosticaPuntaru/SnagBadger.
For every wayfinder session, PR handoff, or merge follow-up, apply that document's roadmap maintenance and merge-closure rules. Reconcile affected maps before finishing.
Triage labels#
Before triaging issues, read docs/agents/triage-labels.md for the default five-role label mapping.
Domain docs#
Before exploring the codebase, read docs/agents/domain.md for the single-context glossary and ADR conventions.
Foundation and implementation#
Before implementing modules, prototypes, or repository tooling, read docs/architecture/foundation.md for accepted architecture, stack, UI consumption, versioning, and strict-quality decisions. Prototypes follow the full production quality policy.
Before implementing an AFK backlog task or stacking dependent work, read docs/agents/afk-implementation.md for claiming, prerequisite verification, and handoff rules.
When dividing work across threads, consult docs/agents/parallel-workloads.md for the current handoff and disjoint task ownership.
Browser verification and reliable handoffs#
Before starting or resuming implementation, running parallel worktrees, reviewing outcomes, or handing off a change, read docs/agents/reliability.md. Every change requires automated browser verification and observed T3 preview evidence from its own worktree, alongside direct acceptance tests. Use the supported setup/dev/verification commands; they allocate owned ports and protect worktree outputs.
Every AI-authored or AI-assisted PR must include inline screenshot evidence in its description before becoming ready for review. Apply docs/agents/reliability.md#screenshot-evidence-in-ai-prs for uploading, revision binding, and observed-result captions.
Authorized merges#
For PR readiness checks or authorized merges, use the versioned merge-pr-mr-pull-request skill. Install or update it with pnpm skills:install on each machine.
